So the bag arrived partially filled with the liquid and the box was soaking wet. Three of the bottles were still intact.Amazon, unfortunately, was non-responsive -- you can get a refund only if you return the items, but returning a soaked box is somewhat difficult. My husband and I tried Zout, Shout, Tide and an Oxy type pretreater to get the stains out. We used those pretreaters while the stain was still wet, after it dried and it didn't matter. We ended up retreating until the stain came out or ended up giving up and living with the weird yellow poop stains. Then a friend recommended that I try this stain remover. We already use the detergent and were really happy with that, so we gave it a shot. At first I thought it was just a gimmick to get first time parents to buy overpriced products. But this stuff really works. We now use it even on our clothes to get out oil marks, dirt, grass stains, and other hard to remove stains. |
