I find this detergent to be particularly helpful to wash my bedding. It's not particularly adept at taking out stains, but I just add this to another detergent if necessary. This detergent really works! At first I only used it on her items.. but I use it for everything. It cleans well, and you use very little for a full load. I tried all of the "free and clear" detergents, Seventh Generation, etc.. and none of them could get sweat odor out of clothing! Talk about a waste of money!! This stuff works!!! I also suffer from allergies, so I am happy as well!! Everything I wash comes out nice and clean. Just clean laundry.. If you need a dryer sheet, I use bounce free. However, they do not have a smell to them.. if they do, it is because the store stocked them right next to a heavily scented fabric sheet.. I have to buy mine at the grocery...
